The role

You'll help keep 41 Realty Group welcoming, organized, and moving forward. This role blends office support, transaction coordination, local storytelling, and social media management.

Primary duties

  • Research, document, and write about local events, businesses, organizations, and people of interest.
  • Manage 41 Realty Group's online presence, including marketing and lead generation across our website, Google Business, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Complete contract compliance by reviewing documents, uploading them to Google Drive, and coordinating tasks throughout the buying and selling process.
  • Help affiliated REALTORS® prepare for appointments, open houses, and trade shows.
  • Facilitate and document office invoicing, trainings, and meetings.
  • Coordinate events, incoming deliveries, and outgoing mailings.
  • Keep office supplies stocked and organized and maintain a clean, healthful office environment.
  • Answer the office telephone, direct calls, and welcome office visitors.

Additional duties

Other responsibilities may be assigned by Nicole King, Broker Owner, or requested by affiliated REALTORS® with Nicole's approval.

Experience and skills required

  • Enjoy working behind the scenes to support a team and anticipate what team members need.
  • Ability and desire to become a licensed real estate agent to more fully support the team.
  • Friendly, welcoming demeanor and a confident yet teachable attitude.
  • Professional phone voice, appearance, grammar, etiquette, and hygiene.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate clearly in writing and conversation.
  • Driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and Canva.
  • Excellent penmanship.

Preferred experience

  • Prior social media management and ContentStudio experience.
  • Prior real estate experience, including licensure, assisting, transaction coordination, or personally buying or selling a property.

Interview process

An initial phone interview with Nicole will be scheduled within one week of submitting your resume. The first of three in-person interviews may be scheduled at the end of that call. Online tests will be required between interviews.

Guide buyers and sellers throughout Billings and Yellowstone County with responsive service, local market knowledge, and the support of a relationship-focused brokerage.

The role

Build a real estate business rooted in Billings while helping clients navigate one of life's biggest decisions. You'll serve buyers and sellers across the Heights, West End, Downtown, Lockwood, and surrounding Yellowstone County communities with practical local guidance and attentive communication.

What you'll do

  • Develop lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, neighbors, and community partners.
  • Advise clients on Billings-area neighborhoods, market conditions, pricing, offers, inspections, and closing.
  • Create thoughtful property marketing and host open houses and private showings.
  • Coordinate transaction details with lenders, inspectors, title professionals, and cooperating agents.
  • Maintain timely client communication and accurate transaction records.
  • Represent 41 Realty Group with professionalism at community and industry events.

What we're looking for

  • An active Montana real estate license or a clear plan to obtain one.
